Paradigm Software© by Progressive Outcomes™ was developed by Robert Bartelt, MSW, Vice President of Silver Springs - Martin Luther School in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. A veteran in the field of children’s behavioral and mental health, he was overwhelmed by the number of hours and manpower that were consumed in preparing for audits and was frustrated by the precious time spent away from his clients while completing tedious paperwork.

Bartelt set out to create a solution for Silver Springs - Martin Luther School and his colleagues at similar facilities, but what he came up with surpassed his original vision. Through the use of an electronic record/digital signature system that received approval by the Pennsylvania’s Dept. of Public Welfare, he was able to build into Paradigm© additional features that secured Silver Springs’ case notes and other important documentation. The resulting software allows agencies to replace cluttered file cabinets and save on clerical costs.
